Thai Yoga Massage
Thai Yoga Massage is a form of energy rebalancing and physical massage originating from Thailand. It combines elements of hatha yoga techniques with Ayurvedic principles and the Buddhist spiritual commitment of Metta (loving kindness).
In Thai Yoga Massage, the hands, palms, thumbs, elbows, knees, and feet apply pressure to specific points on the body, as well as to perform stretching movements and joint mobilization techniques. The goal is to release tension, improve flexibility, and promote overall relaxation and well-being. It's often performed on a mat on the floor with the recipient fully clothed.
